Ingredients:
- Corainder seeds - 2 Teaspoon
- Fennel seeds - 1 Tablespoon
- Cumin seeds - 1 Teaspoon
- Fenugreek seeds - ½ Teaspoon
- Peppercorns - ½ Teaspoon
- Dry red chilies - 3 Nos
- Raw Rice - 1 Tablespoon
- Cinnamon Stick - 3 inch piece
- Cardamom - 6 Nos
- Cloves - 3 Nos
- Curry Leaves - 2 sprig
Instructions:
- Heat a pan, and dry roast all the ingredients individually until fragrant and turns light brown over low-medium heat. Do not burn.
- Let it cool, then grind together and make a smooth powder.
- Store it in an airtight container and use as needed.
Yield: Makes about ½ cup curry powder.
