Ingredients:
- All purpose flour - 3 cups
- Unsalted butter - 2 ½ cups, softened
- Granulated Sugar - 2 ½ cups
- Baking powder - 1 ½ Teaspoons
- Vanilla extract - 2 Teaspoons
- Lemon extract - ½ Teaspoon
- Almond extract - ½ Teaspoon
- Eggs - 8 Nos
- Salt - ½ Teaspoon
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- Grease two 9x5x3-inch loaf pans and dust with flour and set aside.
- Combine all purpose flour, baking powder and salt and set aside.
- In large bowl, add sugar, butter, vanilla extract, lemon extract, almond extract and beat until fluffy.
- Add one egg at a time and beat well.
- Add the flour mixture little by little into the sugar mixture and beat until smooth.
- Pour batter into loaf pans and cut through batter several times with knife to release air bubbles.
- Bake 60 to 70 minutes, or a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool for 10 minutes, then carefully remove from pan, cool completely on wire rack.
