Ingredients:
- Cream cheese - 8 oz or 230 Gms, softened
- Confectioners' sugar - 4 cups, sifted
- Unsalted butter - ½ cup / 1 stick, softened
- Vanilla extract - 1 Teaspoon
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, add the cream cheese, sugar, butter and mix using an electric mixer on low speed until incorporated.
- Then change the speed to high, and mix until light and fluffy, about 5 minutes. Scrape down the sides of the bowl occasionally.
- Then add the vanilla, raise the speed to high and mix until fluffy; Don't forget to scrape down occasionally.
- Keep it in the refrigerator until little stiff, before using.
Yield: enough to frost a 3 layer cake
