Ingredients:
For Chocolate mix:
- All purpose flour - ¼ cup
- Dark Chocolate chips - 150 Gms
- Brown Sugar - ¼ cup
- Unsalted Butter - ¼ cup
- Egg - 1 Nos
For Butter cake:
- All purpose flour - 1 cup
- Sugar - ½ cup
- Unsalted Butter - ½ cup
- Milk - 3-4 Tablespoon
- Baking powder - ¼ Teaspoon
- Eggs - 2 Nos
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Grease a muffin pan and set aside.
Chocolate mix Preparation:
- Melt chocolate and butter over low heat and allow to cool slightly.
- Then add brown sugar and stir until well blended.
- Add egg and mix well. Then add all purpose flour, mix until well combined.
- Pour a heap tablespoon of batter into each cavity of the greased muffin pan.
- Bake for 5 minutes, remove and allow to cool.
Butter cake mix Preparation:
- Combine all-purpose-flour, baking powder and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, beat butter and sugar until fluffy.
- Add one egg at a time and beat well.
- Now add the flour mixture little by little into the mixing bowl and beat until well combined.
- Then add the fresh milk, mix to form batter.
- Pour the batter over the prepared brownies, about ⅔ full.
- Bake in 350° preheated oven for 15 minutes or until cooked.
- Remove from muffin pan, cool on wire rack.
Yield: makes about 12 muffins
