Ingredients:
- Rolled Oats - ½ cup
- Blueberries, as required
- Whole or Low fat Milk - ¾ - 1 cup
- Chia Seeds - ½ Tablespoon
- Vanilla Extract - ½ teaspoon
- Maple Syrup or Honey or Agave - 1-2 Tablespoon, adjust according to your taste
Instructions:
- Take all the ingredients in a medium-sized bowl or in mason jar.
- Mix well and close the bowl or jar with a lid.
- Refrigerate overnight or at-least 4 hours, and remove from fridge when ready to eat.
- Enjoy chilled with fresh berries on top.
Notes:
- You can substitute cow milk with coconut or cashew or almond milk.
- I used boiled and completely cooled milk.
