Ingredients:
- Fermented Dosa Batter - 1 litre
- Cumin Seeds - 1 Teaspoon
- Chopped ginger - 1 Teaspoon
- Chopped Curry leaves - 1 Tablespoon
- Chopped coriander leaves - 2 Tablespoon
- Vegetable oil or ghee as required
- Salt to taste
Mixed Vegetables used:
- Chopped Onion - ½ cup
- Chopped Green Chilly - 2 Tablespoon, adjust
- Chopped Tomato - ½ cup
- Grated carrot - ½ cup
- Grated Beetroot - 2-3 Tablespoon
Instructions:

- In a large mixing bowl, add in the fermented dosa batter, cumin seeds, chopped ginger, salt and mix well.
- Heat a flat pan and grease it with ghee or oil.
- Pour a ladle full of dosa batter on the pan and gently spread it using the back of a spoon.
- Sprinkle chopped vegetables, coriander leaves and curry leaves evenly on top.
- Drizzle little ghee or oil around the sides and top. Cover and cook on low-medium heat.
- When one side of the uthappam is done, carefully flip it to the other side and continue cooking.
- When done, remove it from the pan and transfer to a plate. Repeat the process with rest of the batter.
- Serve hot with chutney and sambar.
