Ingredients:
- Tender Coconut Water - from one medium Tender coconut
- Tender Coconut Pulp - from one medium Tender Coconut
- Sweetened Condensed Milk - 150 ml
- Milk - 1 cup
- Cardamom powder - ¼ Teaspoon
- Ghee - ½ Teaspoon
- Cashew nuts - 3-5 Nos
- Raisins - 3-5 Nos
Instructions:
- Blend together the tender coconut water and half the amount of tender coconut pulp pieces. Set aside.
- Roughly chop the remaining tender coconut pulp pieces to very small chunks. Set aside.
- Heat the milk in a sauce pan, when it starts boiling add in the condensed milk and combine well.
- When it starts boiling, add in the cardamom powder and mix well. Switch off flame and let it cool down.
- When the milk cools completely, add in the blended coconut mixture and the finely chopped tender coconut pieces. Mix well.
- Heat ghee in a small pan, roast the cashew nuts and raisins until light golden in color.
- Add the roasted cashew nuts, raisins along with ghee into the Payasam.
- Refrigerate it for about 30 minutes and serve chilled.
