Ingredients:
- Milk - 500 ml, frozen
- Sugar - 2-3 Tablespoon, adjust according to your taste
- Boost or Bournvita or any Chocolate Drink Powder - 2-3 Tablespoon, adjust according to your taste
- Baby banana - 1-2 Nos
- Peanuts or chopped cashew nuts - 1-2 Tablespoon
- Peanuts or chopped cashew nuts to garnish, optional
Instructions:
- Crush well the frozen milk packet, using a heavy rod or with the back of a heavy spoon.
- Add the peeled banana, sugar, chocolate drink powder, peanuts or cashew nuts and the crushed frozen milk into a blender and blend well until thick and frothy.
- Pour in the milkshake among two tall glasses, garnish with peanuts or chopped cashew nuts.
- Serve chilled.
Notes:
- If you don't have packet milk(plastic cover), pour the milk in a ziploc bag and close it. Then keep it in the freezer until completely frozen.
