Ingredients:
- Pre-baked Pie Crust - 1 Nos, 9 inch crust with at-least 1 1/2 inch deep
- Pumpkin Puree - 2 cups, 15 oz
- Sweetened Condensed Milk - 1 cup, approx: 11 oz
- Heavy cream - ¼ cup
- Eggs, large - 3 Nos
- Vanilla extract - 1 ½ Teaspoon
- Dark Brown sugar - ¼ cup
- Ground Cinnamon - 2 Teaspoon
- Ground Nutmeg - ¼ Teaspoon
- Ground Ginger - ½ Teaspoon
- Salt - ½ Teaspoon
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 325°.
- In a bowl, combine together the brown sugar, salt, and spices.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, pumpkin puree, heavy cream, condensed milk and vanilla essence.
- Add in the dry ingredients mixture(step#2) and combine well. Pour this into the pre-baked crust.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until an wooden schewer inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Remove from oven, keep it in room temperature until cooled. (Make sure not to keep it in room temperature for more than 2 hrs).
- Then, cover it with a plastic wrap and refrigerate it for at-least 2 hours or overnight.
- Cut into slices and enjoy :)
