Prawns Fry
Ingredients:
  • Cleaned and deveined Prawns - 250 Gms
  • Coconut oil - 4-5 Tablespoon
  • Curry leaves - 2 sprig

For Marination

  • Kashmiri Chilli Powder - 1 Tablespoon
  • Turmeric Powder - ¼ Teaspoon
  • Pepper Powder - ½ Tablespoon
  • Cumin seeds - 1 Teaspoon
  • Green Chilli - 1 Nos
  • Ginger - 1 medium piece
  • Garlic - 3-4 cloves
  • Shallots - 5 Nos
  • Curry leaves - 2-3 leaves
  • Lime juice - 1 Teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
Instructions:
  1. Blend together the ingredients mentioned under 'For marination' along with little water and make it as a thick fine paste.
  2. Marinate prawns with the masala paste and keep it for 20 minutes.
  3. Heat oil in a pan, add in the marinated prawns, curry leaves and fry till prawns are crispy and golden brown in both sides.
  4. Transfer to a paper towel and serve hot.
