Ingredients:
- Cleaned and deveined Prawns - 250 Gms
- Coconut oil - 4-5 Tablespoon
- Curry leaves - 2 sprig
For Marination
- Kashmiri Chilli Powder - 1 Tablespoon
- Turmeric Powder - ¼ Teaspoon
- Pepper Powder - ½ Tablespoon
- Cumin seeds - 1 Teaspoon
- Green Chilli - 1 Nos
- Ginger - 1 medium piece
- Garlic - 3-4 cloves
- Shallots - 5 Nos
- Curry leaves - 2-3 leaves
- Lime juice - 1 Teaspoon
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- Blend together the ingredients mentioned under 'For marination' along with little water and make it as a thick fine paste.
- Marinate prawns with the masala paste and keep it for 20 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan, add in the marinated prawns, curry leaves and fry till prawns are crispy and golden brown in both sides.
- Transfer to a paper towel and serve hot.
