Ingredients:
- Mutton liver - 300 Gms, cut into small cubes
- Kashmiri chilli powder - ½ Tablespoon
- Turmeric Powder - ¼ Tablespoon
- Pepper powder - ½ Tablespoon, adjust according to your taste
- Water - ¼ cup
- Coconut oil - 4-5 Tablespoon
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- Clean and wash the mutton liver pieces. Drain the water completely.
- In a pan, add in the liver pieces, chili powder, turmeric powder, salt and mix well.
- Add enough water to cook the liver pieces and mix well. Cover and cook until the liver pieces are cooked well and the water content evaporates completely on low heat.
- Heat oil in a pan, add in the cooked liver pieces, pepper powder and mix well.
- Fry for 5-8 minutes on low heat.
- Serve hot.
