Mixed Berry Smoothie
Ingredients:
  • Strawberries - 2-4 Nos, medium sized
  • Blackberries - 10-12 Nos
  • Blueberries - ½ cup
  • Raspberries - ½ cup
  • Sugar or Honey - 1-3 Tablespoon, adjust according to your taste
  • Yogurt - 1 ¼ - 1 ½ cup
Instructions:
  1. Add the berries, sugar or honey in a blender. Blend on high speed until smooth.
  2. Then add in the yogurt, blend on high speed until everything is combined well.
  3. Pour in the serving glasses and serve immediately.

Notes:

  • I used plain yogurt, you can use any flavored yogurt of your choice.
