Ingredients:
- Fully ripe sweet Mangoes - 2 large; peeled, pitted and chopped( approx: 2 cups)
- Cold Milk - ¾ - 1 cup, adjust
- Sugar - 2-4 Tablespoon, adjust
- Yogurt - 2 cup
- Cardamom powder - ½ Teaspoon
- Crushed pistachios, almonds and saffron strands to garnish, optional
Instructions:
- Take the mango pieces, sugar, cardamom powder and milk in a blender and blend well on high speed.
- Then add in the yogurt and blend well until creamy on high speed.
- Pour into two large serving glasses and garnish with crushed pistachios, almonds and saffron strands.
- Serve chilled.
