Ingredients:
- Prawns - 300 Gms , cleaned
- Finely sliced onion - 1 cup
- Finely chopped ginger - 2 Tablespoon
- Finely chopped garlic - 2 Tablespoon
- Green chillies - 3 Nos, slitted
- Medium Tomato - 3 Nos, chopped
- Kashmiri chilli powder - 4 Tablespoon
- Turmeric powder - 1 Teaspoon
- Coconut oil - ½ cup
- Curry leaves - 1 sprig
- Salt, water as required
Instructions:
- Heat oil in a pan, add in the chopped ginger, garlic and sliced green chillies. Saute for 2-3 minutes on medium heat.
- Add the sliced onion into this and saute till until light brown in color.
- Add chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and fry for 2 minutes on low heat.
- Pour 2 cups of water and allow this to boil, then add in the cleaned prawns.
- Cook for 10 minutes on low heat. Then add in the chopped tomatoes, curry leaves and mix well.
- Cook till the curry becomes thick. Remove from heat, serve warm.
