Ingredients:
- Dried prawns – 1 cup, cleaned
- Grated coconut – 2 cup
- Red chilly Powder – ½ Tablespoon
- Shallots – 5 Nos
- Garlic - 2-3 cloves
- Black pepper corns - 10 - 20 Nos
- Coconut oil - 1 Teaspoon
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- Heat coconut oil in a pan and fry the cleaned prawns till the raw smell disappears and slightly golden in color.
- Coarsely grind the prawns with grated coconut, chilli powder, shallots, garlic, black pepper and salt.
- Serve with rice.
