   Happy Diwali   

Ingredients:
  • Dried prawns – 1 cup, cleaned
  • Grated coconut – 2 cup
  • Red chilly Powder – ½ Tablespoon
  • Shallots – 5 Nos
  • Garlic - 2-3 cloves
  • Black pepper corns - 10 - 20 Nos
  • Coconut oil - 1 Teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
Instructions:
  1. Heat coconut oil in a pan and fry the cleaned prawns till the raw smell disappears and slightly golden in color.
  2. Coarsely grind the prawns with grated coconut, chilli powder, shallots, garlic, black pepper and salt.
  3. Serve with rice.
