Ingredients:
- Tuna Fish – 100 - 150 Gms, cut into 6 medium pieces or 3 large pieces
- Red Chilli Powder – 1 ½ Teaspoon
- Turmeric Powder – ½ Teaspoon
- Pepper Powder – ¼ Teaspoon
- Ginger-Garlic Paste – 1 Teaspoon
- Lemon Juice – 1 Teaspoon
- Curry leaves - 1 sprig
- Coconut Oil – 2 - 4 Tablespoon
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- Clean and wash the fish pieces. Drain the water completely.
- Marinate the fish pieces with turmeric powder, red chilli powder, pepper powder, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice and salt. Keep it aside for 20 minutes.
- Heat coconut oil in a pan, add fish pieces along with curry leaves and shallow fry on low-medium heat for about 10-15 minutes or till the fish pieces are well fried. Don't forget to flip carefully to both sides occasionally.
