   Happy Diwali   

Ingredients:
  • Tuna Fish – 100 - 150 Gms, cut into 6 medium pieces or 3 large pieces
  • Red Chilli Powder – 1 ½ Teaspoon
  • Turmeric Powder – ½ Teaspoon
  • Pepper Powder – ¼ Teaspoon
  • Ginger-Garlic Paste – 1 Teaspoon
  • Lemon Juice – 1 Teaspoon
  • Curry leaves - 1 sprig
  • Coconut Oil – 2 - 4 Tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
Instructions:
  1. Clean and wash the fish pieces. Drain the water completely.
  2. Marinate the fish pieces with turmeric powder, red chilli powder, pepper powder, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice and salt. Keep it aside for 20 minutes.
  3. Heat coconut oil in a pan, add fish pieces along with curry leaves and shallow fry on low-medium heat for about 10-15 minutes or till the fish pieces are well fried. Don't forget to flip carefully to both sides occasionally.
