Ingredients:
- Chicken - 500 Gms
- Ginger - 2 inch piece
- Garlic - 10-15 cloves
- Greenchilli - 1 Nos
- Yoghurt/ Curd - ¼ cup
- Kashmiri chilli powder - 2 ½ Tablespoon
- Turmeric powder - ½ Teaspoon
- Garam Masala - 1 pinch
- Coconut Oil to fry
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- Cut chicken into medium pieces and clean well.
- Grind together the ginger, garlic, green chilli with little water in a mixer grinder/food processor and make it as thick paste.
- In a large bowl, mix together the chicken pieces, garlic-ginger-chilli paste, curd, chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, salt and refrigerate it for 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a kadai/cheenachatty, add the marinated chicken pieces, fry till the chicken is tender and it gets a good reddish brown colour on both sides. Flip to both sides occasionally.
- Serve hot with sliced onion, cucumber and tomatoes.
