Ingredients:
- Fish, boneless and skinless - 250 Gms, cut into finger shaped pieces
- Egg - 2 Nos
- All Purpose Flour - 1 Tablespoon
- Bread crumbs for coating
- Vegetable oil for deep frying
For marination:
- Lemon Juice - 2 Teaspoon
- White Pepper powder - &frac1; Teaspoon
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
Initial Preparation:
- Clean and wash the fish pieces. Drain the water completely and set aside.
- Marinate the fish pieces with the items mentioned under 'For marination' and refrigerate it for about 15 minutes.
Fish Finger Preparation:
- Heat enough oil to deep fry the fish pieces in a heavy bottomed pan on medium heat.
- In a bowl, add in the eggs, all-purpose flour and beat well.
- Dip each fish finger into this mixture and roll it into the breadcrumbs and make sure the fish pieces are coated nicely.
- Gently roll the pieces between your palms to get a finger shape.
- Now place them in the hot oil as batches, deep fry until the fish fingers turn golden brown on low-medium heat.
- Serve hot with tomato sauce.
