Ingredients:
- Whole milk - 2 cups, boiled and cooled
- Chia seeds - ½ cup
- Honey or maple syrup - ¼ - ½ cup, adjust
- Vanilla extract - 1 ½ Teaspoon
- Berries or fruits to garnish
Instructions:
- Add milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, chia seeds in a medium bowl and combine well.
- Refrigerate it for about 4-5 hours. Then take it out from the refrigerator and mix well.
- Keep it again in the refrigerator for another 2-3 hours or overnight.
- Serve chilled with fresh berries or cut fruits on top.
Notes:
- You can use whole milk without boiling.
- You can also use coconut milk or almond milk instead of cow milk.
