Chia Seed Vanilla Pudding
Ingredients:
  • Whole milk - 2 cups, boiled and cooled
  • Chia seeds - ½ cup
  • Honey or maple syrup - ¼ - ½ cup, adjust
  • Vanilla extract - 1 ½ Teaspoon
  • Berries or fruits to garnish
Instructions:
  1. Add milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, chia seeds in a medium bowl and combine well.
  2. Refrigerate it for about 4-5 hours. Then take it out from the refrigerator and mix well.
  3. Keep it again in the refrigerator for another 2-3 hours or overnight.
  4. Serve chilled with fresh berries or cut fruits on top.

Notes:

  • You can use whole milk without boiling.
  • You can also use coconut milk or almond milk instead of cow milk.
