Ingredients:
- Bread Slices - 6-7 Nos
- Chopped Onion - 1 cup
- Chopped Tomato - ½ cup
- Green chillies - 2 Nos, chopped
- Curry leaves - 5-6 Nos, chopped
- Kashmiri Chilli Powder - ½ - ¾ Teaspoon, adjust according to your taste
- Mustard seeds - ½ Teaspoon
- Cumin seeds - ½ Teaspoon
- Coconut Oil - 2 Tablespoon
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- Cut the bread slices into 1 inch small squares and set aside. We need approx: 6-7 cups of bread cubes for this recipe.
- Heat oil in a pan, splutter mustard seeds.
- Add in the cumin seeds and fry for few seconds on low heat.
- Add in the chopped onion, green chillies, curry leaves and saute until the onions turn translucent.
- Add in the chopped tomato and saute until the tomatoes are mushy.
- Add in the kashmiri chilli powder, salt and saute for 1-2 minutes on low heat.
- Now add in the bread cubes and toss everything for about 2-3 minutes or until well combined on low-medium heat.
- Remove from heat and serve hot.
