   Happy Diwali   

Ingredients:
  • Beetroot - 1 Nos, big sized
  • Chopped Ginger - ¼ Teaspoon
  • Lemon juice - 1 Teaspoon
  • Water - 1 ½ cup
  • Sugar as per your taste
Instructions:
  1. Peel and wash beetroot, cut into small pieces.
  2. In a blender, blend together the beetroot, ginger, lemon juice, sugar and water.
  3. Pour the juice into the strainer and use a spatula to gently stir the mash until no more juice is separating out.
  4. Serve chilled.
