Ingredients:
- Rolled Oats - ½ cup
- Apple, chopped - ½ cup
- Cinnamon Powder - ¼ Teaspoon
- Whole or Low Fat Milk - ¾ - 1 cup
- Chia seeds - ½ Tablespoon
- Vanilla Extract - ½ Teaspoon
- Maple Syrup or Honey - 1-2 Tablespoon, adjust according to your taste
Instructions:
- Take all the ingredients in a medium-sized bowl or in mason jar. Close the bowl or jar with a tight lid.
- Refrigerate overnight or at-least 4 hours and remove from fridge when ready to eat.
Notes:
- You can substitute cow milk with coconut or cashew or almond milk.
- I boiled the milk and cooled completely before to start the recipe.
