Ingredients:
- Potatoes, medium sized - 3 Nos
- Cumin seeds - 1 Teaspoon
- Green chillies - 1-2 Nos, chopped
- Turmeric powder - ¼ Teaspoon
- Red chilli powder - ¼ - ½ Teaspoon
- Vegetable oil - 1 ½ Tablespoon
- Chopped coriander leaves - 1 ½ Tablespoon
- Lemon juice - 1 - 1 ½ Teaspoon
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- Boil the potatoes until they are cooked evenly.
- Allow to cool and peel the boiled potatoes, cut into small cubes and set aside.
- Heat oil in a pan, add in the cumin seeds and fry till slightly brown on low flame.
- Add in the green chillies and fry for one minute.
- Now add in the cubed potatoes and saute well.
- Then add in the turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt. Mix well and saute for 2-3 minutes on low-medium heat.
- Add in the lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves. Mix well and saute for a minute on low-medium heat.
- Remove from heat and serve hot.
