Ingredients:
- Boneless chicken – 500 Gms, cut into cubes
- Butter for brushing
For marination:
- Ginger-garlic paste – 1 ½ Teaspoon
- White pepper powder – 1 Teaspoon
- Hung yogurt – 4 Tablespoon
- Fresh cream – 2 Tablespoon
- White vinegar – 1 Tablespoon
- Corn flour – 2 Tablespoon
- Red chilli powder - ½ Teaspoon
- Coriander powder - ½ Teaspoon
- Turmeric powder - one pinch
- Roasted cumin powder - 1 Teaspoon
- Garam masala powder - ¼ Teaspoon
- Egg - 1 Nos
- Lemon Juice - 1 Tablespoon
- Green Chillies – 4 Nos, chopped
- Chopped Coriander Leaves - 2 Tablespoon
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- Clean, wash and drain the chicken pieces; Pat dry and set aside.
- Soak the wooden skewers for 30 minutes before using to avoid burning.
- Grind together green chillies, coriander leaves, lemon juice and make a fine paste; Don't use water for grinding.
- In a bowl add chicken pieces, prepared paste(step#3) and all the other ingredients except butter; Combine well and keep marinated for 2-4 hours.
- Preheat broiler and brush a broiler pan lightly with butter/vegetable oil.
- Skew the marinated chicken pieces on skewers; Arrange skewers across broiler pan.
- Broil chicken about 4 inches from heat, turning over them occasionally and brush chicken cubes with butter.
- Broil until browned in spots and just cooked through, 8 to 12 minutes total. Or grill till cooked. Or bake for 15-20 mins at 350°F or till cooked.
- Serve hot with salad and mint chutney.
