   Happy Diwali   

Ingredients:
  • Neymeen - 100-150 Gms, cut into 6 medium pieces or 3 large pieces
  • Pepper powder - ¼ Teaspoon
  • Turmeric powder - ½ Teaspoon
  • Red Chilli powder - ½ Tablespoon
  • Garlic-Ginger paste - 1 Teaspoon
  • Curry leaves - 1 sprig
  • Coconut Oil for frying
  • Salt to taste
Instructions:
  1. Clean and wash the fish pieces. Drain the water completely. Set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the pepper powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, ginger-garlic paste, salt, 1 tablespoon of water and make a thick paste.
  3. Marinate the fish pieces with this masala and set aside for 30 minutes.
  4. Heat coconut oil in a pan, add fish pieces along with curry leaves and shallow fry on medium heat for about 10-15 minutes or till the fish pieces are well fried. Don't forget to flip carefully to both sides occasionally.
  5. Serve hot.
